We battle those that hold power over search results.
This morning I searched Google with the query “abortion clinics open during COVID-19.” Instead of the familiar pro-life sources that I was looking for, I found article after article discussing abortion clinics and COVID-19 from a pro-abortion point of view.
I found these headlines:

‘Sadness Beyond Tears’ as COVID-19 abortion ban brings…
What it takes to get an abortion during COVID-19…
Abortion Access Shifting in Some States Amid COVID-19…
How do I get sexual health services during the COVID-19…
All of the first six search results were promoting a pro-abortion agenda. The “Top Stories” results were the same.
How did we get here? How can the majority of our news sources continue to propagate the lie that the unborn have no worth… that the parents of an unwanted child should be encouraged to throw that new life away and their “right” to do so should be defended under any and all circumstances?
You can see this bias played out over and over again. Why should we be surprised? What can we do about it?
Can we pray for the hearts and minds of the decision-makers to be changed and flooded by the power of God? Yes, it will take divine intervention.
Can we pray that this type of event emboldens our resolve to stay in the fight and dig deeper for truth? Yes. It’s only one of the things we are seeing that should wake us up during this time.
